Orders over $250 before tax are shipped within Canada for FREE!!!! We at www.intheville.com ship orders with Canada Post at their posted rates per weight and size and charge purchaser accordingly after receiving their confirmation by phone or email. All orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays subject to availability). International shipping rates will be quoted and confirmed however brokerage and duty will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay directly with the courier.
Need to exchange something? Send back any item within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges are FREE and charge NO restocking fee however freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.
Returns
If you need to exchange a item or items, it's FREE. NO RESTOCKING FEES APPLY TO EXCHANGES. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the original shipping cost. We can accept returned merchandise for up to 15 days from the date you originally received it. The order receipts that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return. No restocking fees on exchanges. Exchanges are 100%. We are not responsible for duties and brokerage.
We reserve the right the right to inspect and evaluate items returned to inspect for wear and tear and tampering with product ordered. From time to time we offer sales on products. Our posted sale items are FINAL SALE with no refunds.
Orders outside of Canada will be charged additional freight and duty charges calculated at posted rates by international couriers of choice and confirmed with required email confirmation by purchaser before shipping.

Return shipping is at your expense using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records.How Do I Make an Exchange?
Please provide us with the following information.· Copy of Invoice or Order # and Credit Card Receipt you received in Box
· First and last name and email address used to place order.
· List the item(s) that your are exchanging. Note the reason for the exchange.
· Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order; For example different size, style, or colour. Please Indicate item # and size.
· We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and fill out exchange paperwork to keep for your records.
· Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All packages shipped from our warehouse to you are insured for the amount of the items that total the order.
· We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse using one of the major courier services such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post Express or DHL . Keep the tracking number for your records.
· Make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All Packages shipped to you are insured by us.
Late Returns
Unfortunately items received after the 15-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Directions for General Returns
What carrier should I use?
You may use the carrier of your choice however we suggest using either UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar or DHL. Simply address your return package to our return address shown at the front of your packing slip and order copy. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.
General Merchandise
Please Note: To be accepted for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging including the original manufacturer's containers must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for an exchange. All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order. Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded.
JACKETS
All jackets must be properly packed to prevent wrinkles and damages that can occur on route to our warehouse. Fold items neatly to avoid wrinkling. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the jacket. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will a restocking fee applied to your return.
FOOTWEAR
Follow the DIRECTIONS FOR GENERAL RETURNS above to return your footwear within 15 days of receipt. All boots must be properly packaged and returned in their original box. The boot box cannot be used to ship the item back to us as it is not strong enough for shipping and the contents can be damaged. If boots are not packaged correctly and are damaged on route to our warehouse the item will be refused and shipped back to you.
Boots that are used, dirty, with thread loss or heavy wrinkle cracks at the front of the boot caused by usage will not be accepted for a return. The package will be sent back to you as they are not resalable.
Try your boots on indoors only. If you feel they are not comfortable do not continue to wear them.
If you return a pair of boots without the original box there will be a restocking fee of 10% applied to your return at our discretion.
BLANKETS & PILLOWS
Follow the DIRECTIONS FOR GENERAL RETURNS above to return your home item within 15 days of receipt. All products must be properly packaged and returned in their original box. If the blankets are not packaged in its original box and or are damaged on route to our warehouse the item will be refused and shipped back to you.
